About Delius
Delius has been active in the textile industry for centuries. Its history dates back to 1722, making it one of the 25 oldest companies in Germany and indeed one of the oldest textile companies in the world. The company is based in Bielefeld and, over the centuries, has developed into a specialist in beautiful and sustainable fabrics. Delius is a family-run business currently managed by the ninth generation.
As well as upholstery fabrics, Delius also specialises in wall coverings and curtains.
In addition to traditional raw materials such as wool, Delius specialises in processing PET bottles into high-quality, hard-wearing yarns which are used in upholstery fabrics.
