• Description: The Prince fabric is one of two designs, alongside the "Princess", created by Boontje. The pattern on both fabrics features contrasting rose motifs superimposed on one another. It is a fabric with a detailed, figurative and floral pattern. It is an example of Boontje’s work, in which he combines modern techniques such as laser-cutting with a natural aesthetic. The fabric is so iconic that it forms part of the collection ranging from Stedelijk Museum to Amsterdam. This demonstrates the artistic value and unique character of the design.
